These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website laptopwalaganesh.com and the purchase of online courses offered by Laptopwala Ganesh ("we", "us"), proprietor Ganesh Tukaram Korde, located at Sunshine Apartment, Shop No. 2 & 3, Near Janata Sahakari Bank, Lashkar, Solapur, Maharashtra – 413003 (Landmark: Near Dakshin Mukhi Maruti Mandir). By purchasing a course or using this website you agree to these Terms.
1. Product description
We sell a digital, online training bundle consisting of three courses – Laptop Repairing, Laptop Fabrication and Laptop Servicing – delivered as pre-recorded video lessons with live/call doubt support. The bundle price is ₹2,650 (Indian Rupees), inclusive of all applicable charges. Prices may change at any time; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.
2. Access and duration
- Course access links are shared on the WhatsApp number/email provided at payment, normally within 24 hours of successful payment.
- Live/call doubt support is provided for 3 months from enrolment or until Diwali of the enrolment year, whichever is later.
- Access to recorded lessons continues after the support period, subject to the platform remaining operational.
3. Licence and permitted use
Course content is licensed to you personally for learning. You may not copy, record, download for redistribution, share login/links, resell or publicly display the content. We may revoke access without refund if sharing or misuse is detected.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. A payment is confirmed only when we receive confirmation from the payment gateway.
5. No guarantee of results
The course teaches skills. Earnings, employment or business outcomes depend entirely on your effort, practice and market conditions. We do not guarantee any income, job or business result.
6. Safety
Laptop repair involves electricity, heat and small parts. You practise at your own risk and must follow the safety instructions given in the lessons. We are not liable for damage to devices or injury arising from your practice.

8. Intellectual property
All videos, notes, images, the Laptopwala Ganesh name and logo are our property and protected by applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a course purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Solapur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
