1. Digital content – no refund after access
Once course access (video links / group invite) has been shared with you, the purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable. The full syllabus, price and support terms are clearly stated on the course page before payment so you can make an informed decision.
2. When we do refund (100%)
- Duplicate payment – if you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Access not delivered – if you have not received course access within 3 working days of a successful payment despite contacting us.
- Payment failed but amount debited – such amounts are normally auto-reversed by your bank/Razorpay within 5–7 working days; if not, contact us with the transaction reference.
3. How to request
Email support@laptopwalaganesh.com or WhatsApp +91 99999 99999 within 7 days of payment with your name, registered phone number, payment ID and reason. Eligible refunds are initiated within 3 working days and credited to the original payment method by Razorpay, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
4. Cancellation
An order can be cancelled only before course access is delivered. Write to us immediately after payment if you wish to cancel; if access has already been sent, section 1 applies.
5. Support period
Live/call doubt support is limited to 3 months from enrolment or until Diwali of the enrolment year (whichever is later). Non-use of support during this period does not qualify for a refund.
